We share information with third parties who help us provide our orders and store services to you.

Payments

We accept payments through Stripe. Therefore, some of your data will be passed to Stripe when processing payments, including information required to process or support the price, such as the purchase total and billing information.

Refund policy

Thank you for purchasing Equine Gears. We want you to be entirely delighted with your purchase; if it isn’t checking ‘all of the boxes’, here are our guidelines for returns:

Returns: You have 15 days from the date of purchase to return for refund, exchange or store credit.

All item(s) must be in original, like-new condition, unused with all tags, and in original packaging to be eligible for return. Please contact us at +44 7879 960493 or orders@equinegears.com to request a Return Authorization number. For your protection, send returns insured and with tracking.

Refunds: Full price items are eligible for refund, exchange or credit. Sale items are FINAL sales or return for store credit only.

We will inspect item(s) upon return to assess the condition. We will initiate a refund to your credit card or the initial payment method if your refund is approved. We will send your new item(s) via FedEx Ground service in case of an exchange. Returns receiving store credit will be notified with a credit note receipt via email.

Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Fees for returning the item(s) are at your expense.

Damages: Equine Gears products carry a limited warranty. If goods are damaged in transit, please send us photos of damaged packaging and contents to process a claim with the shipping carrier. If the products have other imperfections, please contact us directly within 15 days of purchase, and we will evaluate them on a case-by-case basis. Please note: this policy applies to Equine Gears products purchased directly from Equine Gears, United Kingdom. For Equine Gears items purchased from a reseller, please abide by the reseller’s return policy.
